Tickets to lunch event can be booked online by members and non-members. Where you are booking in guests (e.g. where you are booking a table) and have not finalised your guest list then enter "tba" against the unknown names and companies at the time of booking. Then please email their details to email@example.com as soon as possible and at least two days before the event.
Please note that the online booking form accepts a maximum of 10 bookings per order. You can order again if you require more bookings.
Advise where shown of any special dietary requirements.
Then pay by credit card—you will be transferred to a secure Westpac PayWay Net site to enter the card details, which are not held by FEI.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa and Amex. We use a secure Westpac PayWay Net facility. GST is included in the price of lunch tickets. You will receive confirmation of the payment with an email from FEI confirming the booking and providing a tax invoice.
Booking using a booking form
Bookings / cancellations deadline: The closing date for lunch bookings is stated on the invite and is usually 2-5 working days before the lunch. Any cancellation of a booking must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before the closing date. After the closing date for the lunch, there are no refunds for cancellations or non-attendance at the lunch. For cancellations before the closing date members can receive a refund for the amount paid (either as a credit towards a future lunch or as a refund on the credit card used for the original payment for the lunch).
