Event description:

Join us at the FEI Melbourne Mentoring Program Launch to hear from David Craig—recently retired from his role CFO of Commonwealth Bank of Australia—on how finance leaders can make the leap from technical brilliance to inspirational leadership.

In David's 35-year international finance career, he has often witnessed the stumbling blocks on which aspiring finance leaders fall, and in this FEI session he will reveal the mistakes most often made and how to avoid them. He will stress:

  • the importance of people leadership
  • how to move beyond technical brilliance
  • how to motivate your team
  • how to think broadly beyond the finance function

This will be a rare opportunity to hear from one of Australia's foremost finance leaders—book your tables now.
