The FEI Growth Series is a unique opportunity for finance executives to meet and connect with some of the most senior and experienced CFOs in the market who will share their expertise and insights over an intimate lunch setting. It also provides access to an unparalleled network of CFOs and finance leaders.

“After every lunch meeting I feel that I’ve been given some new insight into how others would deal with similar situations to those I have faced and it has helped me to identify potential pitfalls for the future.”

Thomas Delbosc, Group Manager Finance and Accounting, MAB Corporation (attended the 2014 Growth Series)

"The FEI Growth Series was the perfect platform to benchmark our business and gain helpful hints to improve our performance. It was also a great opportunity to enhance my CFO network and hear from some of the most experienced CFOs from some of the largest companies in Australia."

Gabriel Tesser, Chief Financial Officer, Volgren Australia (attended the 2014 Growth Series)

Who is the program designed for?

Finance executives in large companies as well CFOs of mid-tier companies and their direct reports. Participants can appoint a colleague to attend a particular lunch in their place. As FEI runs a limited Mentoring Program (limited by the number of mentors available), the Growth Series is an opportunity for finance executives to network with senior CFOs as well as expand their peer network.

A mid-tier company is indicatively a company with a turnover between $50-500 million but this is not definitive. Companies can be privately-owned, listed, not-for-profit, government owned, partially-owned subsidiary or an investment of a larger listed company or a subsidiary of an overseas company.

What are the fees and what do they cover?

$800 (+GST) for members, non-members will need to take out membership as FEI is a member-based organization. The membership fee is $175 (+GST).

Fees are payable on registration and cover attendance at four lunches. Members can also buy lunches individually for $250 (+GST) per lunch.

We offer a 10 per cent discount to the Growth Series Porgram to Alumni of the FEI Mentoring Program.

If any program changes prove to be necessary we will notify participants at the earliest opportunity. We are working to secure exact dates for the program and will ensure participants have plenty of notice.
